Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, providing the reason and order number. Do not return the item without prior approval. All items must be returned in their original packaging, using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Allow up to 7-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer exchanges or refunds for quality issues. Items must be unused and returned within 14 days. Shipping fees for returns are paid by the customer. Promotional items must also be returned.

Change Policy
Items can be changed before production. If the item price is higher, you’ll need to pay the price difference. If it’s lower, we’ll refund the difference. After production, changes are not possible. Contact us for changes before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours but within 72 hours will receive a partial refund. Orders cannot be canceled after delivery. If we don’t receive your cancellation request within 5 days, we will cancel the order and refund based on the cancellation policy.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
